The relocation is effective as of mid-January. Saint-Gobain has rented some 1,264 sqm of office space on the third floor in building A of Floreasca Park. Other tenants include Oracle, BASF, Ursus, Mobexpert and the complex’s developer, Portland Trust.

The new offices host a part of the staff of Saint-Gobain’s two main member companies in Romania, Saint-Gobain Glass and Saint-Gobain Construction Products Romania (with the Isover, Rigips and PAM Business Units), as well as the staff of the Saint-Gobain Delegation to Romania.

The EUR 70 million Floreasca Park is located in the immediate vicinity of Pipera Overpass and Aurel Vlaicu subway station in northern Bucharest.

 

In Romania, Saint-Gobain Group includes four companies (Saint-Gobain Construction Products with Isover, PAM, Rigips and Weber Business Units, Saint-Gobain Glass Romania with Glass and Abrasives Business Units, MTI Impex Brasov and Brodrene Dahl), having about 1100 employees.
