The project comprises a 14-storey tower a 6 level podium-building that have a total built area of 43,000 square meters and a gross leasable area of around 24,000 sqm.


The leasing process will start in the fourth quarter of this year, with CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle to act as the project’s co-exclusive leasing agents. The construction company in charge of the development is STRABAG AG.


The new office project will be located at the junction of Buzesti Street (the new Uranus Boulevard) with Calea Grivitei, very close to Victoriei Square.


“We will have some pioneering equipment in the building to make it more user friendly, energy efficient and sustainable than the standard,” said Friedrich Wachernig, member of S IMMO AG’s management board.


THR MARK will also have a parking area with 345 car lots (300 underground and 45 above ground), as well as bicycle racks and electrical vehicle charging stations.
