The Russian oligarch Boris Mints, born in Moldova, owns O1 Group.

The two companies are interested in acquiring a 15% stake in Immofinanz, taking into account the current share price, according to a CA Immo press release, reports local Capital.ro.

At a price of EUR 2.51 per share, which was the closing price on the Vienna Stock Exchange on February 24, the company’s capitalization would reach about EUR 2.8 billion and the 15% stake would amount to some EUR 420 million.

Immofinanz has a 206,347 sqm portfolio in Romania, whereas CA Immo has a 146,000 sqm portfolio on the local market. (source: Romania-insider.com)
