Romtelecom to sell residential and commercial properties
Romtelecom decided to sell a part of its real estate portfolio in 16 districts of Romania and Bucharest, as part of its strategy for optimization of the efficiency.
The 16 districts are Bihor, Botosani, Brasov, Buzau, Calarasi, Constanta, Harghita, Hunedoara, Ialomita, Iasi, Olt, Suceava, Teleorman, Tulcea, Vaslui and Vrancea.
The company will start the bidding for a total of 42 properties, according to the company’s internal requirements and procedures..

„The selling procedure is part of Romtelecom strategy for resources optimization, in order to reduce the complexity of its real estate portfolio, but also to increase its efficiency and focus on specific operations from its main range of activity”, the company’s press release shows.
The internet page dedicated to Romtelecom real estate portfolio was launched in 2010 and includes the company’s properties available for rent or selling: lands or spaces with different destinations - commercial, technical, office spaces, warehouses, touristic or residential.
