The company, where the Romanian state is still holding 45% shares which intends to sell, has organized – according to ZF data – a quite small bid in order to select a consultant for the evaluation and finding the best use of the hundreds properties inherited from the old Romtelecom network – situated both in Bucharest and smaller cities.
Currently, according to ZF estimations, Romtelecom is situated among the biggest five real estate assets owners in Romania. (source: zf.ro)
