The transaction will be completed at the end of this March. Its value has not been made public.

Magazinuldecase.ro is the second largest Romanian property classifieds site. It was bought by Sanoma Digital Romania in 2010, three years after it was set up by Matei Malos, Elena Anghel, Alexandru Dima and Paul Ghinea. It was Sanoma Digital Romania’s only project.
