After the opening in January of its first office building within Openville Timişoara complex, Iulius reached an operational portfolio of more than 106,000 sqm office spaces in nine A class office buildings under the brand UBC (United Business Center).
In the last 12 months the total office area owned by the businessman Iulian Dascălu has increased with 42,000 sqm, following the completion of two buildings within Palas Iaşi complex and of the building within Openville Timişoara.

The company also has a total area of nearly 130,000 sqm in development. This summer, its office portfolio will increase with 13,000 sqm, as the second office building within Openville Timişoara will be delivered.
This spring, Iulius will also start the construction works for three new buildings, with a total area of 73,000 sqm, to be delivered on the market in 12 to 18 months.
Iulius currently owns six UBS buildins in Palas Iaşi (70, 000 sqm), two buildings near Iulius Mall Cluj (18,000 sqm) and one building in Openville Timişoara (18,000 sqm).
The nine office buildings host the headquarters for more than 50 companies and 7,800 employees.
