The first phase of the office building will have an area of 18,000 sq. m and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2018. Şandor already started the construction permit procedures.

 

„In the end there will be a single building developed in three phases, which will allow having large floor plates and possibilities of horizontal expansion in the same building”, has declared Ovidiu Șandor.

 

The businessman announced last month the acquisition of the five hectares of the former ILSA wool factory situated between Take Ionescu Blvd. and Bega river bank.
