In September, the constructions works went up by 0.7 percent compared with the same period of 2015, after a decline in August, by 5.3 percent.

In the first ten months, the constructions increased by 1.3 percent compared with the same period of 2015. The official statistics show that in October there were increases compared with October 2015 in two of the three big constructions categories.

The residential works went up by 34.4 percent compared with October 2015 and non-residential constructions went up by 0.3 percent.

On the other hand the engineering constructions went down by 7.6 percent.

„On structure elements there were decreases in the major reconstructions works by 20.4 percent. The increases were in the maintenance and current repair works by 5.5 percent and in new constructions works by 3.4 percent,” says the INS release.

Compared with September, the constructions works grew in October by 7.3 percent, on a gross series and by 0.7 percent on adjusted series considering the seasonal variations.

In 2015, the constructions works grew by 10.4 percent compared by 2014.

The finished residential works went up in 2015 by 10.4 percent compared with 2014 up to 47,017 after a drop in six years in row. (source: business-review.eu)
