In 2015, the company has completed the construction of a new office building AFI Park complex in Bucharest.

The total value of the completed project of AFI Europe in Romania, with a total area of 150,000 sq. m was estimated in the end of last year to nearly EUR 590 million, with EUR 89 million the three office buildings and EUR 502.7 million the malls in Bucharest and Ploiești.

The office buildings, with a rentable area of nearly 38,000 sq. m, have an occupancy rate of 97 pct., the average rent being EUR 13.8 / sq. m / month, while the yield is estimated at around 8 pct. (Source: profit.ro)
