Therefore, in Bucharest were registered 58,871 real estate transactions, being followed by Timis -50,144 and Arad – 43,333. The fewest operations were registered in Teleorman – 5,155, Bistrita-Nasaud – 6,352 and Covasna – 8,254, according to the data of the National Agency of Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI), cited by Mediafax.

During this period, the number of the cadastre and land registry operations at the national level exceeded 5 million, with 537,775 more than in 2012. Most of such operations were registered in Bucharest – 333,929, Timis – 298,529 and Cluj – 230,898, and the fewest in Salaj – 48,149, Covasna – 56,060 and Valcea – 56,583.

 

The districts with the fewest cadastre and land registry operations compared to 2012 are Mures, with a difference of 38,128, and Arges, with a difference of  1,123, according to ANCPI. (source: dailybusiness.ro)
