Nationwide, in October were registered 74,783 real estate transactions, with 6,363 more than the previous month and with 5,838 more compared to October 2012.

In October, the biggest number of real estate transactions was registered in Bucharest – 5,412, Timis – 4,316 and Ilfov – 3,919. The fewest real estate transactions were registered in Teleorman - 511, Bistrita-Nasaud - 572 and Covasna - 738.

In the first ten months of 2013, the biggest number of real estate transactions was registered in Bucharest – 48,343, Timis – 40,620 and Arad – 34,854, and the fewest in Teleorman – 4,143, Bistrita-Nasaud – 5,286 and Covasna – 6,847. (sursa: dailybusiness.ro)
