„We are in process of launching a new public company for real estate development and investments which will focus on industrial and logistic projects in Central and Eastern Europe region. This business is part of the same category as NEPI and Resilient (companies listed on Johannesburg stock exchange, with a common capitalization of nearly EUR 6 billion) and both companies will probably be shareholders of the new entity. For this project, initial funds of approx. EUR 100 million were assigned and transactions could be made even before the official launch, scheduled for mid-2015“, has declared for ZF Martin Slabbert.

He added that there is no name chosen for the new company, however a management team has been appointed, apart from the management of NEPI. Slabbert will be investor and member of the new company’s board. (source: zf.ro)
