Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development, the developers of ParkLake Plaza mall, need a bank financing of approx. EUR 80-90 million in order to complete the project in Titan, which is scheduled for opening in 2016, while Globalworth, the developer of Bucharest One, is negotiating since last year EUR 50-60 million loan for the completion of the tower.
„The financing process is ongoing and of course we cannot offer details on this subject until the completion of the process “, has declared Ingo Nissen, managing director of Sonae Sierra in Romania.
