Wellkept Imobiliare is controlled by Tatika Investments (97.79%), a company entirely owned by Dimofte, the rest of the shares being also in possession of the businessman, but indirectly.

“The investment in the office building was EUR 2.5 million and is 50 pct. rented. The tenants come from the financial area. There are also advanced negotiations for the rental of the commercial premises in the building’s ground floor, with possibility of expansion over the mezzanine", have declared the representatives of Wellkept Imobiliare, Mediafax writes.

The project, Balcescu 17A, is developed on a plot of only 333 sq. m, and the construction has approx. 2,230 sq. m. Half of the building was rented by MoneyGram and IFN Extra Finance. (source: wall-street.ro)
