"We chose Unirii View because of the position and standards this building offers. We have decided to move to a modern office that will allow the future development of Pernord Ricard's business in Romania. We offer our employees optimal working conditions that will improve the company's productivity and performance", said Tudor Furir, General Manager of Pernord Ricard Romania.

The Unirii View building, located on Corneliu Coposu Boulevard, near Unirii Square, will be completed in the summer of 2018.

The project will have a leasable area of approximately 17,500 square meters, at a height that will reach 73 meters. Unirii View will have 19 floors, including the ground floor, 17 storeys for office space and a top technical floor, plus an underground parking divided into three levels.

Unirii View has been awarded the BREEAM green pre-certification with the Excellent rating, according to the latest standards issued in 2016.

Pernod Ricard Romania was assisted in the transaction by real estate consultancy company Knight Frank Romania.
"The client's initial brief was to find an ultracentral space, the Unirii area being ideal for them, so everything happened in a relatively short period of time. The central area is growing in demand, we have seen this over the past two years, and projects under construction to be delivered this year are already pre-leased to 90%", said Knight Frank repersentative.

Other companies that have chosen Unirii View for setting up new headquarters are NTT Data Romania and Red Bull Romania.

Unirii View is developed by the Belgian investor Yves Weerts, following an investment of approximately 33 million euros. It has carried out more investments in the real estate market in Romania, such as the development Deva Logistics Park, sold to CTP. (source: forbes.ro)
