Construction works for Phase II development will begin in the coming weeks. The area of 18,000 sq m leasable for this stage will be completed in the spring of next year, according to plans announced by the developer last year. The second building will include a creative start-up hub, coworking space open to entrepreneurs in the region to encourage collaboration and generate new business ideas across creative industries. Another novelty is a fully-equipped multifunctional space devoted to social and cultural activities that will complement your classic office component.
"The interest in our project is beyond expectations, and we are therefore working to complete the entire building before the initial deadline. ISHO is emerging as the most modern and attractive new development area in the city, very attractive to employees and companies. We can talk about a new pole of attraction in the central area. The high demand for offices and apartments leads to the urgency of the project, with all planned buildings to be completed in 2020", said Ovidiu Sandor, CEO of Mulberry Development.

As far as the first stage is concerned, the works are now concentrated on the interior finishing. The first 15,000 sqm are almost fully let, the first tenants going to start operating in June.
ISHO Offices will have a leasable area of 50,000 sqm and will be built in three phases and is part of the ISHO mixed-use project, spread over 5,3 hectares in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian center of Timisoara. At the end of the three development phases, ISHO Offices will form a single body, which will allow areas of over 6,000 sq m per floor to give companies flexibility in space utilization and predictability in terms of the need for further expansion. The project will be complemented by 2,000 parking spaces and almost one hectare of green areas. (source: ziuadevest.ro)
