According to the study realized by the two companies in June, the Iași office stock includes 45 buildings. 16 office buildings, on 53,900 sqm are centrally located, 19 buildings are not in central areas and 10 buildings are in the outskirts, mainly in Pacureni area in the north-west of the city.

The office stock in construction is currently represented by two buildings, the extension United Business Center, a project of Iulius Group, and the Lukoil building.

The level of rent in Iași is EUR 12-14/sqm for A class offices, while the lowest quality offices register a rent even below EUR 10/sqm.

 

The un-occupancy rate of the city is estimated at 15-16%. Annualy, approx. 10,000 – 12,000 sqm are being rented on Iasi market. (source: wall-street.ro)
