Oracle rented 10,400 sq. m in the area where the American group started to develop its business almost ten years ago, a zone where it currently still occupies saces of approx. 32,000 sq. m in Floreasca Park and Nusco Tower.
Oracle has in Romania approx. 3,000 employees and annual business exceeding EUR 120 million, the office in Bucharest being among the largest in Europe and it is in continuous growing.
Through this transaction, intermediated by the consultancy company The Advisers Knight Frank, the occupancy rate of Sky Tower has reached 85 pct. The tower is owned by the Austria’s Raiffeisen Property and the tenants include Raiffeisen Bank, 1&1 Internet Development or PeliFilip. (source: zf.ro)
