According to company’s press release, Globalworth obtained from the Swiss bank UBS a short term loan of up EUR 65 million.

The company announced since September that it was in discussions with a big European financial institution for the development of the office building Bucharest One in Northern Bucharest.

Last month the company announced that Bog'Art, the constructor which dealt the demolition works of the former Porche showroom will also be in charge of the construction of the tower, scheduled for completion in 2015.

The investment for the development of the 23 floors tower is EUR 60 million.

„IT is expected the construction permit to be obtained by January 2014. The negotiations and the financing terms were established with an important financial institution in Europe, On the renting side, the negotiations with multinational companies for approx. 60% of the space are in advanced stage", the first unaudited financial report of the company showed last autumn.

 

Bucharest One is an office project to be built in Northern Bucharest, in Floreasca-Barbu Văcărescu area. Upon its completion, the building will have a total built area of 48,732 and over 23 floors. (source: economica.net)
