The largest office buildings to be delivered by the end of the year are already rented, therefore the trend in vacancy decrease will maintain on short term.


The companies Renault Techno­logie Roumanie (RTR), Vodafone and Orange rented the biggest office spaces in Bucharest since the beginning of this year in a market where the developers continue to deliver new buildings and the vacancy rate started to diminish.


RTR decided the extension of the lease agreement for the 20,000 sq. m premises in North Gate building in Pipera, Vodafone will consolidate its operations in Bucharest on 16,000 sq. m in Bucharest One tower, a building in construction near Promenada mall, while Orange already started to relocate its secondary quarters on 14,000 sq. m within Green court building, recently by Sweden’s group Skanska.
