Speedwell has appointed Bog’Art as general contractor for MIRO, the developer’s newest office project, located in the north of Bucharest.

With direct access from DN1, the project benefits from visibility and direct connection to the city center, business areas and Henri Coandă International Airport.

Sustainability has always been a priority for Speedwell projects. As a result, the MIRO concept will obtain BREEAM Excellent and WELL certifications, due to its energy efficiency and the use of the most modern technologies, all with the aim of increasing the comfort of employees at work.

Currently, the project has obtained the building permit, and the works on the site have already started.

In terms of occupancy, about 40% of the total was rented by KPMG, the transaction being one of the most significant last year. KPMG employees will be able to move to the new headquarters at the end of 2021.

Speedwell has a significant portfolio of projects in Romania, including Record Park in Cluj-Napoca, Triama Residence and The Ivy in Bucharest, Paltim in Timisoara and Riverside City in Ramnicu-Valcea, along with the office project in the north of the capital, mentioned above. (source: Speedwell)
