The complex will be delivered in the end of 2017 and it is already 50 pct let, mainly to companies in the IT&C sector.

The financing includes EUR 16.8 million development loan and 15.5 million lei TVA facility.  Transilvania Bank has the arranger quality, financing bank, facility and guarantees agent, while OTP Bank Romania will act as a financing bank. 

Vox Technology Park is an office project developed by Werk Property Group, including a rentable area f 26,000 square metres. 
Vox Technology Park will also include stores, conference rooms, restaurants and cafes, different services such as bank, gym, spa, parking places with charging devices for electrical cars.

The access to Vox Technology Park will be made through a unique system in Europe, namely through biometrical identification, based on physical traits. The office building will also be awarded BREEAM “Excellent”, being the first building receiving this certificate in western Romania. 
The investment was announced by the developer last summer. 
Werk Group has already developed in the past few years over 700 apartments and other industrial, hotel and office spaces. (source: profit.ro)
