On the other hand, there were recorded decreases in the number of permits issued in the center of Romania (- 71 permits), West (- 56) and South-West Oltenia (- 25), reads an INS release.

 

In February, 2,249 permits were issued for residential buildings, of which 64.6 percent are for rural areas, up by 34.3 percent against January and by 2.8 percent compared to the same month of 2014.

 

The highest increases were recorded in North-East, where 474 permits were issued (55 percent), Bucharest-Ilfov – 355 permits (65 percent), North-West – 335 permits (31 percent), South-Muntenia – 316 permits (23 percent) and West – 212 permits (39 percent).

 

Compared to February last year, there were issued fewer permits in the center of the country (- 72 permits), West (- 45) and South-West Oltenia (- 12). (source: business-review.eu)
