The company rented an entire floor on 1,200 sq. m, in a transaction brokered by DTZ Echinox.

Tinmar-Ind was founded in 2001 and it is the biggest private electricity supplier in Romania, with operations in Hungary, Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, Austria and Germany. According to ANRE data, Tinmar-Ind registered in March this year a market share of 7.29% on the competitive segment of the energy market.

Starting October 21st, Sky Tower will also open the Spanish restaurant Entre Aromas, with a capacity of 100 seats, situated on three levels.

The office building attracted its first tenant (apart from Raiffeisen) in August, 10 months after the project’s delivery.

At the moment of its completion, in October last year, Reiffeisen e building representatives estimated that by the end of 2013 the building would be more than 50% occupied, counting that by mid 2014 the building would be fully let.

The areas available for rent are flexible, ranging from 300 sq. m to 30,000 sq. m.

Sky Tower is situated near the metro station Aurel Vlaicu and in the proximity of Promenada Mall, to be opened on Thursday.

With a height of 137 m on 37 floors, Sky Tower includes 41,200 sq. m rentable area, with 1,200 sq. m average area per floor.
