The new office building will include 4,032 sqm of office area and 1,900 sqm of retail space as well as offering two levels of underground parking with approximately 40 parking spaces. A typical office floor area is 1,055 sqm and can be easily separated for two tenants.
The project is aiming for environmentally friendly construction and will therefore assume energy-efficient solutions that minimize project power consumption, reduce harmful emissions, solutions for the rational use of water consumption and improve the quality of the indoor environment in the facility in order to obtain an energy certificate as well as LEED certification.
