„We are going to launch projects in the real estate market. In the first phase we are considering the acquisition of office buildings which already have tenants and are situated downtown Bucharest or even in other cities, while in the second phase we will build projects ourselves, both residential and offices”, said the group’s director. He also says that the company could invest this year between EUR 5 and 10 million in acquisitions.

„The local real estate market will grow in the following three years, there will be no boom such as in 2007, but a healthy growth which will attract investments. Romania is stable politically, financially, economically and fiscally and this thing will attract investments”, Shayb added.
