Severin Shopping Center has a total area of approx. 16,000 sqm. The completion of the activity transfer is estimated for end of September.

The south-African investment fund announced since April their intention for buying and developing Severin Shopping Center, owned by BelRom, by sending an offer letter, conditioned by the transaction documents drawing, the results of the due diligence process and other approvals.

NEPI is one of the most active real estate investors on the local market, with assets over EUR 600 million.

The most important acquisition of the fund this year was the takeover of 70% of Mega Mall project in Bucharest, situated on the former Electroaparataj factory’s plot, near Nationl Arena.

 

NEPI also owns the office buildings The Lakeview and Floreasca Business Park in Bucharest and City Business Center in Timişoara, as well as Ploieşti Shopping City and Promenada Brăila.
