"The contract concluded with the Romanian state included the construction, apart from the offices, retail spaces and hospitality, of a residential area. On the other hand the Zone Urban Plan does not include a residential area as nobody buys them anymore.  We intend to modify the contract’s provisions according to the Zone Urban Plan and to build only offices, retail and hotel spaces. The commercial terms will remain unchanged", has declared for MEDIAFAX Hanan Schraiter, marketing & business development manager within Plaza România.
