The stores were bought by Cyprus-based Terazone Enterprises Limited, according to a company statement submitted to Profit.ro.

The buyer is represented by several people, including Dusan Wilms, who managed the operations of Metro Cash&Carry and of Real in Romania.

The four stores recorded sales of EUR 50 million last year.

Metro has 25 Cash&Carry units in Romania, five Metro Punct stores, an online office supplies store and an extensive franchise network of proximity stores under the brand La Doi Pasi. (source: business-review.eu)
