Swan representatives estimate a more than 50% occupancy rate for the office park, by the end of 2013. Other companies that have recently chosen Swan Park to relocate their offices are: Bilfinger Berger (on 640 sqm), Tebodin B.V. (350 sqm) and Tecnoservice (750 sqm). Swan was raised with EUR 50 million investment by the London investment fund Chayton Capital and has signed with tenants such as Flanco and eMag (on approx. 3,500 sqm) or Ambery Hall on 500 sqm with premises dedicated to a conference and events centre. The total area of the project is 29,124 sqm and it is one of the biggest green office development in Romania.
