“Nearly a year since the launch of project Avantgarden 3 Sibiu, Maurer Imobiliare has sold 185 apartments, nearly 150 of which over the year 2014, the equivalent of one apartment every three days. A number of the sold apartments are located in building B1, already finalized and delivered this autumn. Likewise, 78 of the sold apartments in the second building (B2) have a delivery date at the end of July 2015. In building B3 we’ve sold 17 apartments, with a delivery date set for November 2015″, the developer announced.
Each of the two buildings will have 8 floors with a total number of 90 apartments. Prices range between EUR 27,000 for studios, EUR 36,000 for 2-room and EUR 49,000 for 3-room apartments.
The project is located near Sibiu’s main commercial area (Promenada Mall, Baumax, Dedeman) on a 10 ha land plot and includes the development of 1,000 apartments with a total investment value of EUR 67 million. (source: business-review.eu)
