Colliers International Romania has brokered the lease transactions.

Floreasca Business Park is one of the most representative A class office buildings in Bucharest, with a total rentable area of 36,000 sq. m . Representative tenants in Floreasca Business Park include Exxon Mobil, L’Oreal, DHL or Wipro. Recently, important names new entered on the market have joined them, such as Lenovo or Federal-Mogul.

The final selection of the building came after a deep analyse of the market, made by Colliers International, on the background of the need to consolidate the operations of the two companies in headquarters which correspond to the efficiency and environment quality standards, as well as to the corporate image.

„An important global player which decides to consolidate its operations will always look for an office building which offers maximum visibility, complying at the same time with the technical and efficiency criteria. Both the owner and the tenant showed great flexibility and tried constantly to find the best solution for satisfying those parameters, as well as creative structure for giving a common identity to the two teams which were functioning separately so far”, considers Andreea Paun, associate director within the Office Agency team of Colliers International.
