Colliers International Romania has brokered the lease transactions.


Floreasca Business Park is one of the most representative A class office buildings in Bucharest, with a total rentable area of 36,000 sq. m . Representative tenants in Floreasca Business Park include Exxon Mobil, L’Oreal, DHL or Wipro. Recently, important names new entered on the market have joined them, such as Lenovo or Federal-Mogul.


The final selection of the building came after a deep analyse of the market, made by Colliers International, on the background of the need to consolidate the operations of the two companies in headquarters which correspond to the efficiency and environment quality standards, as well as to the corporate image.
