According to the company’s owner, the local entrepreneur Marian Berdan, the current headquarters from Iasi, situated on Chimiei Blvd., will not be sold, but converted to an office project. The area of the building is 2,000 sqm, respectively 4,000 developed area.

„We are 90 pct decided to keep, renovate and rent the space, depending on the market. We cannot stay in Chimiei any longer, we don’t have enough space, the production increased and we don’t have room for expansion. I would relocate tomorrow to Miroslava, but it will take a year and so, however we will be there in the summer of 2018”, has declared the owner of Electra.

Electra will build in Miroslava three electronic parts factories, with an investment estimated at nearly EUR 2 million. 

The entrepreneur chose to relocate to Miroslava industrial park as the prices are much lower than in the city of Iasi, namely EUR 0.9 per square metre. 

The industrial park has 16 occupiers and it is currently in negotiation with one of the world’s leaders in home appliances for an investment of EUR 100 million. 
Electra, Fiterman, Fildas will relocate their businesses to Miroslava, on 13 hectares.

The Industrial Parks’ house rules are similar to those of Tetarom Cluj. The director of the park, Dorel Codină, explains: „The access is through a public outcry auction. The price starts at 0.9 euro / sq m / year, plus an administrative fee of 0.5 euro / sq m / year. The tax includes services such as public lighting, security, parking, snow removal. The price is negotiable for investments larger than 5 million Euros. "  Investors must prove their eligibility through warranty letters or with funds in their own accounts.
