According to information in the press, Dedeman has requested a permit for the construction of 10 floors building, despite the fact that the area is destined for small collective dwellings with maximum two floors.


Contacted by, the representatives of Dedeman say that currently the project is blocked, expecting the approval of the Zone Urban Plan, the retailer having asked for City Hall to reconsider the land’s functionality.
