Last week, the bank announced the financing of the real estate project Platinia with EUR 9 million. The project is developed on the plot of the former beer factory Ursus in Cluj-Napoca, by the companies Florisal and Drusal, controlled by the Puşcaş family, the developer of another two residential compounds in the city, with a total of 175 apartments.

 

Platinia project will include a shopping mall on the first two levels, with an area of nearly 13,000 sq. m.

 

The complex will also include 320 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 rooms, which are scheduled for completion in September 2016, while the commercial area has a completion date set for December 2016. (source: zf.ro)
