Floreasca Park, situated in the dynamic Floreasca – Barbu Vacarescu submarket, is a substantial office complex boasting a total leasable area of 39,350 sq. m. The building is jointly owned by Resolution Property and Zeus Capital Management and holds a prestigious BREEAM “Excellent” certification, reflecting its high standards in sustainability and building performance – a crucial factor for modern businesses prioritizing environmental responsibility and employee well-being.
