Shopping City Galați is developed on 12 ha plot of land, bought by NEPI in November 2012. NEPI’s partner in this project is Carrefour Property. The opening date is scheduled for 21st of November, and the mall is fully let, has declared for ECONOMICA.NET, Iulian Rusu, in charge with the leasing of the commercial premises.

Carrefour will open a hypermarket, the project also featuring a commercial gallery. The first phase of the project includes 27,000 sq. m with local and international retailers, an entertainment area and a food-court. The clients of the new commercial centre will benefit from more than 1,400 free parking places, with access from the boulevards nearby.

The tenants include: Altex, Benvenutti, DM, KFC, Noriel, Orange, Otter, Puma, Sabon, Sensiblu, Vodafone, H&M, C&A.
