The market on this segment has registered an important drop during crises, as the number of companies entering Romanian market diminished year after year, while the other companies were focusing on reducing their costs.

„We estimate that in five years time the office furniture market will grow with an average of 5 pct per year “, says Dinu Cristian, general manager of Techo Romania, furniture importer, which estimates that the market will reach EUR 70 million in 2014, as the furniture for Romanian offices is mostly imported, nearly 60 pct.

The largest project the company made this year include the headquarters of companies such as Teamnet (in Green Gate building), Wipro (in Floreasca 169 building), Stefanini (in Bob building), Universitatea Politehnică Timişoara (own building), Luxoft (Hermes and Novo Park buildings).
