Ethos House is a boutique-style property with a leasable area of approximately 8,000 square meters. Current tenants in the building include Forte Partners, Viterra, Simec, Arval, and Crosspoint Real Estate.

The property was purchased from Greek entrepreneur Anastasios Gkotsis, and the transaction is estimated to be worth around 25 million euros.

 

With this acquisition, Pavăl Holding strengthens its position in the Romanian office real estate market, bringing its total portfolio to 356,000 square meters.
