The investment in the office project with a rentable area of 8,000 sq. m reaches EUR 10 million and the completion date is scheduled for the third quarter of next year.
The building will have two underground levels, ground floor and nine upper floors, as well as 158 parking places.
The real estate development company Forte Partners, founded by three businessmen, Geo Mărgescu, Ionuţ Dumitrescu and Johny Jabra, also announced its plans for the development of an office project of EUR 85 million in Orhideea area in Bucharest. In the same area, the company also owns a land of the former Griviţa beer factory, where the company considers the construction of a mixed-use project, including offices and retail. (source: zf.ro)
