According to a press release sent by the company, Iulius started work on a new Class A office building, which is part of Openville, the largest mixed-use development in western Romania.

The building is the third developed under the United Business Center (UBC) brand out of the seven buildings included in the project. The office component of Openville will have a total area of over 130,000 square meters and will become a regional business pole.

"The UBC 3 building will have about 18,000 square feet, 14 floors and will be LEED certified, and will benefit from the implementation of sustainable operating policies to increase the cost efficiency of utilities and the comfort of tenants. Based on the experience of developing the two other office buildings in Openville, the estimated delivery time for UBC 3 is about 12 months ", says the company.

At present, work is underway to consolidate the land on which the office building will be built. At the same time, Openville continues construction work at the 13,000-square-foot UBC 1 building, which will be completed in the summer, as well as the over 900-storey parking lot that will become functional in the autumn. In the following period, two new office buildings will be under construction. (source: zf.ro)
