The real estate assets portfolio owned by Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione in Ro mania was evaluated at EUR 176.9 million, representing 9.3% from its entire portfolio, a company’s presentation shows. The value of its entire portfolio was EUR 1.89 billion, with EUR 10.6 million down compared to 30th of June 2012.

Sweden’s retailer H&M, already present in one of the Winmarkt centres, will open next year three new stores within the network, in Galaţi, Râmnicu Vâlcea and Piatra Neamţ. For 2015 the opening of a new H&M store is expected in Tulcea.

In the first half of this year, 102 new contracts were signed and another 143 renewed.

The company will continue the renovation plan of the properties in its portfolio, investment reaching at the end of the year EUR 4.9 million, following an investment of EUR 1.6 million in the first half of the year.

By 30th of June 2013, the group registered incomes of EUR 60.5 million, with 1.8% decrease compared to the same period of last year and a net profit of EUR 4.1 million, with 51% decrease.

 

Most of the commercial centres owned by IGD are former universal stores. The Italians paid in 2008 over EUR 180 million for their acquisition. Apart the assets in Romania, IGD’s portfolio also includes hypermarkets and commercial centres in Italy. (source: economica.net)
