Atos will take over the premises in the third quarter of 2017.
The construction of the second office building within Openville started in June 2016 and will have upon its completion 12 floors and a total rentable area of 13,000 sqm.
IULIUS invests more than EUR 220 million in Openville Timișoara, situated in the proximity of Iulius Mall, being the second mixed-use project in the company’s portfolio, after Palas Iași. The construction started in September 2015, with the works for UBC 2 office building, to be completed this year. The companies which rented offices in this building, with a total rentable area of 18,000 sqm, include Ness Software Engineering Services, Autoliv Romania and REGINA MARIA medical centre.

Openville will have a total built area of 594,000 sqm and Iulius Mall Timișoara will be integrated part. The largest share will be of the office component, with 7 buildings and a total area of 130,000 sqm rentable.  (sursa:
