The first project of the company will include 16 apartments, with prices starting from EUR 80,000.
The company plans to start next year another two bigger projects, of approx. 100 residential units, in the areas Obor and Piata Muncii in Bucharest, with investments planned of approx. EUR 4.7 million each.
There is no plan yet on short term for starting the construction of the project in Alba Iulia Sq. area. (source: wall-street.ro)
