The group will open in the rented premises stores under the brands Zara, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius and Oysho, Mediafax writes.

Largest area of the rented space will be destined to Zara store, 2,800 sq. m respectively, according to Immochan press release.

Immochan started recently the development of Coresi project on the former industrial platform of Tractorul Brasov, on 100 ha land. The complex will include commercial premises, residential and services, representing a long term investment, the first phase of more than 60 million euro being currently ongoing.

The project will also include an entertainment area on 6,000 sq. m, with a cinema and a food-court. Moreover, the complex will host a hypermarket under the brand of Auchan.

In Romania, Immochan manages nine commercial centres, after the takeover of the Real galleries by Auchan group, which also includes Immochan, and has an addition project in development, in Drumul Taberei, on the former platform Tricodava in Bucharest. (source: wall-street.ro)
