The announcement was made on Friday, 20th of November, two days after the company had announced the investors the signing of two loans agreements with Banca Transilvania for a total amount of 22.3 million lei, the funds being destined to the development of Cartierul Salcâmilor.

 

Therefore, the total value of the recent signed loans exceeds 51 million lei. Impact plans to issue next year bonds in lei or Euro up to 135 million lei, in order to finance the residential development.

 

Impact ended third quarter with revenues from the sales of apartments of 23.8 million lei, more than six times bigger than in the same interval of last year, the company succeeding in recovery on profit.

 

In the period between 30th of June and 30th of September, Impact reported a net profit of 0.4 million lei, compared to a 3 million lei loss in third quarter of 2014. The revenues growth and the recovery on profit in 3Q were fuelled by the acceleration of apartments sales in Greenfield district, Salcâmilor complex, situated in Northern Bucharest. (source: zf.ro)
