Despite the negative impact of legal changes at the level of real estate loans in the first semester of 2016, Impact closed last year 433 contracts and 130 pre-contracts for properties in the Greenfield Baneasa complex, which make it the best sold residential district in the capital.

Two-bedroom apartments were the most popular (44 percent), followed by those with one bedroom (40 percent), while three-bedroom flats were preferred by 16 percent of buyers. Over one third of buyers (38 percent) paid through mortgage, one third through the Prima Casa program, and the rest chose cash payment. Greenfield Baneasa increased thus the number of residents to over 4,000 members, cementing its status as the biggest urban community in Sector 1.

“2016 was an extremely good year for Greenfield Baneasa, which consolidated its position of bestseller in Bucharest, both due to the quality of the buildings, the many facilities, as well as the costs that start from EUR 850/sqm + TVA, a price below the average prices in Sector 1. The turnover of RON 152 million and the RON 25.5 million recorded last year represents the best result of the company from 2008 and until now,” Impact CEO Bartosz Puzdrowski said.

Currently, Impact is developing 39 blocks of flats in Ansamblul Platanilor in the Greenfield Baneasa district, totalling over 900 apartments with 1,2,3 bedrooms, half of which will be delivered this spring, and the rest by the end of 2017. The sale price ranges between EUR 59,980 for a one bedroom flat, (69 sqm), EUR 75,980 for a 2 bedroom flat, (94 sqm), and EUR 99,748 for the three-bedroom flats (124 sqm), without VAT.
