The transacted area represents more than 40 pct. of the completed office properties. The agreements with new tenants and the area expansions covers nearly 60 pct. of the total rented area and a number of leases were extended.

Lease agreement signed with HARMAN for 7,700 sqm in Metroffice, for ten years
In the period between May and December 2016, IMMOFINANZ signed lease agreements with new tenants for office area exceeding 47,000 sqm.
The most important partnerships include those for the first building within Metroffice complex, which is currently 50 pct let. The American company HARMAN, designer and manufacturer of connected products and solutions for auto manufacturers, consumers and companies worldwide, signed a lease agreement for 7,700 sqm in Metroffice for a period of more than ten years. HARMAN will benefit from a customized space within Metroffice, including offices, showroom, warehousing, as well as an underground lab.
Another partner of IMMOFINANZ, PORR Construct, chose to set its headquarters here, with an area of more than 1,800 sqm.
Other important agreements with players from different sectors were signed: media (Ringier, for 2,400 m2 in Iride Business Park and Sinevizyon, for 2,000 m2 in Pipera Warehouse), retail (Kaufland, for more than 2,000 m2 in Pipera Warehouse) and shared office services (Regus, for 1,500 m2 in Iride Business Park).
The extensions and expansions of the existing agreements secure the portfolio up to five years
A number of IMMOFINANZ tenants in the office sector chose to extend or to expand the existing leases in the eight months above mentioned, for a total area of nearly 33,000 sqm.
Many companies are IMMOFINANZ partners for nearly ten years: one of the most important players in the telecom sector has extended its contract for approx, 11,000 m2 in Pipera I; moreover, ING extended the existing contract and increased its rented area to 10,800 m2 in myhive S-Park.
