Immofinanz: Our return is bigger in Eastern Europe than in the Western Europe
The Austrian group Immofinanz, the biggest foreign investor in Romanian real estate market, has listed recently on Warsaw Stock market, ignoring Bucharest, a step that however proves the importance that the region of Central and Eastern Europe has in the company’s portfolio, but also in other western real estate investors.
„Immofinanz is an East-European real estate company. Our EUR 10.5 billion portfolio is distributed on approx. equal surfaces in Eastern and Western Europe. currently our gains are significantly higher in Eastern Europe than in the Western Europe”, said Eduard Zehetner, CEO ofl Immofinanz Group, a company with approx.
